Meet Bess, my adorable 9 month old. Bess is an absolute doll. I know this because everywhere we go I can't leave without at least 2 or more people coming up to me to say how cute she is. She loved all the attention she got in California. People would stop what they were doing just to coo and ahh at her. Round cheeks, long eyelashes, green-brownish eyes......Definitely a doll. Okay I will stop bragging.
I decided today I needed to appreciate her more because she is being so grouchy. Her teeth have been a real killer on her. She is usually so sweet and loving but, the last little while she has been really trying my patiences.

She loves her brother so much. He walks into the room and she is just about diving off my lap to get to him. She loves to pester him too. She likes to slap him and pull his hair. Any toy he has, she wants.
She is crawling a little bit but doesn't quite realize that if mom is in the other room she could crawl in there and get to me, instead she just sits in the same place and screetches.

She is very cuddly and I just love that when I pick her up she automatically snuggles her little head into my neck.
A couple we know waited several years to have children, but after their first was born the husband wondered why they had waited so long. Having children is a joy, even through the small trials. Besides, how can anyone stay upset when "this doll" is around?
