Our weekend flew by. We went to dinner on Friday for our anniversary, with kids. Stupid huh? We didn't think about getting a sitter until too late. Glen bought me some cute rocking chairs for my front porch, now he just has to finish the part of the present where he said he would paint them red too.
I woke up early on Saturday to do some grocery shopping before my young women's mother daughter breakfast. I was at that until 1 and came home to get Carter ready for his first soccer game.
I think he was really stoked about soccer at first and then by the time we got there he got a little shy. Guess what color their team is? PINK!!! Maybe that is why he wasn't so hip on playing. We have another game on tomorrow, hopefully he will be ready by then. I'll have to see if I can get some pictures and post them later.
We came home from soccer and finished yard work, cleaning cars, laundry and such. I fell asleep within seconds of hitting the bed.
Yesterday we went to church from 9-12 and then had to get our temple recommends renewed and then I went visiting teaching and home for a nap, we then had a youth bishop fireside at 7.
The weather was gorgeous all weekend, not too hot, just perfect.
Bess is now crawling and getting into a ton of stuff. In fact Carter has hungry hungry hippo out right now and I need to go be safety patrol. Hope you all had a good weekend.

Congrats on the anniversary...has it been 5 years now?
I can understand Carter's hesitancy on the pink although that might make my girls want to play!!!!
