We're Off to See the Wizard

Last night we went to the Elementary school (Rosecrest) play, The Wizard of OZ. It was so cute and for 5th and 6th graders they did an excellent job. Carter's very favorite person in the whole world, Jessica was in the play and invited us to come see her. She lives about 3 house down from us and Carter eats, sleeps, and dreams Jessica. He is so crazy about her. She is a very cute little girl but is also 7 years older then Carter. Anyway she was a citizen of Oz and did a very good job. We were proud of her. It was fun because I saw some of my new little Beehives in the play too. There are three of them that are coming in, in June and can I just say they are the cutest three girls ever and they are fighting over babysitting my kids which is even better. I was only able to track down Haley but they were very cute munchkins. Our next door neighbor made all of the costumes. She did an awesome job. Carter sat through the whole 90 minute play with is mouth open wide the whole time! Bess was another story.

We stayed home all day Wednesday and Thursday. We got dumped on by snow yesterday. I really don't understand the weather right now because yesterday we probably got close to 6 inches and today it is suppose to be in the 60's?
I hope the weather stays nice enough for us so that we can go outside and do some yard work. I have a itching to do it lately, which ask Glen, never happens. I get my hair colored tomorrow and then I have a baby shower I am helping with at 1:30 but not much else for the weekend.
