We had a very low key Easter weekend here in Boise. It was just us so we didn't even go all out on a meal. Just your simple ham with potatoes, oh and Glen's very favorite deviled eggs!
The Nazarene church that's just right down the road from us puts on a egg hunt every year. It was so great for Maggie's age, no searching just picking them up off the ground.
They also had pony rides, jump houses, free hot dogs and drinks, face painting....all of it. Plus you could even go to their church services the next day, we chose to stick with our church time!
We met our friends the Lewis's there. Here Bess and Chandler are preparing and strategizing their hunting abilities. & Carter's giving his 2 cents!
Look at all the loot! I think we honestly had candy coming out our ears for months until I finally through it all away!

CARTER!! I made him get a picture with darling McCall. I think he was a little embarrassed. This is pre-race. He was going to try to win her over with his mad egg hunting skills.
I think we found a tradition in this local church Easter activity!

McCall is a cute girl. I think Carter is thinking the same thing, but would never admit it. That was a pretty fun community event.
