The day after Christmas we packed our bags, skies, sleds, boots, hats, long johns.....and the list goes on to spend 2 nights up in McCall skiing and sledding.
Our friends, the Lewis's, invited us to spend those couple days with them. We both rented condos and shared meals together.
First stop, SLEDDING!
Ok...I was so sick with a cold before we left so I was pretty much miserable! Don't judge the nasty picture. But just to show documentation that I do attend these so called events!
Not only was a sick with a yucky cold the first morning we woke up there as we were getting ready for skiing Carter threw up. Yeah....not how we really wanted to spend our time up in beautiful McCall when we could have been skiing.
So instead of us all missing out, Glen took Bess and they enjoyed their time up on the slopes. It was Bess's first time and I hear she was AWESOME! She came back with a big smile so that's all the matters!
And this pretty much sums up how we spent the next 24 hours. We all ended up getting it and being pretty miserable.
