Goals

This morning I am watching my friends girls while she is at the doctor. She is pregnant with her 3rd little girl. How fun!! Carter loves Kayla and Clara. The kid has too many girl friends though!
Yesterday in the mail, I got some really good news. It was from my Nelnet student loan. I read the letter and at the end it said PAID IN FULL!!! I was so dang excited. Finally I have paid one of my student loans totally off. One down, one to go. Well....plus Glen's loans from business school. Oh well it feels good to have that one off our backs. I was so excited I put it on the fridge, right along Carter's materpieces. Now I'll just have to put that money towards our vacation fund, it's alot more fun to spend that way!

I have made a goal for myself that I will run 4 miles a day, six days a week. So far so good. I am very proud of myself. I think Glen is a little surprised that I have stuck with it too. I always have goals for exercising and somehow always fail at them but this one I have stuck with pretty good.

We were going to go swimming outside today but it's a bit gloomy so I guess we'll have to scratch that. Maybe tomorrow.
Hope everyone has a good day! XXOO

4 miles is about 3.5 more miles than I can run without stopping - never
was a good runner! Good job Kendi.

1 loan down, 3 to go. Hope to pay them all off sooner than later.
Student loans are the pits!

Congrats on the loan payoff! That is such a good feeling. And wow, 4 miles a day, huh? When I run I'm like, "Can I do this for one minute? Yeah, okay, now let's see if I can make it two!" I'm more of a walker. But hey, at least I get my butt to the gym; right?

No time for my blog until later tonight. I'm getting ready to hostess a desiger purse party at my house. Should be fun!
