An Evening On the Porch

One of my favorite things about our house is the great porch we have. For our 5th year anniversary Glen bought us these rocking chairs. We spend many evenings out there just talking and enjoying each others company. DANG WE SOUND OLD!
Gramberger came in town Friday night and we were able to enjoy some of her company out on the porch.
We went and saw Great Grandpa Jim in the hospital. Bess loved blowing him kisses.
While we were up at the hospital we got to see some cool things. Carter loved seeing the helicopters and since the hospital is built right on the side of the mountain we saw alot of gophers (what we call them in Montana, squirrels here I guess).
We went on a nice walk that evening and just enjoyed some downtime. Grandma even walked Molly on our walk. She was trying to train her a bit for us.
On Saturday I woke up at 5:15 in the morning to go meet a friend to run. We drove up Immigration Canyon and parked my car, ran back to her house picked up her car and drove back up to get mine. It was a good jog. A total of 4.8 miles. I was home by 7 to shower and get ready for my hair appointment.
We did a few things around the house that day and then went to the Spaghetti Factory for dinner.
I have so many little projects that I have been trying to start and finish so Glen helped me work on some of those. I think he is getting tired of listening to me complain about trying to get them done so he decided to take the bull by the horns and just help me finish some. I'll have to take a few pictures and show you on a different blog.
Well we're headed out on a Sunday stroll. Hope everyone had a great and relaxing weekend.

I love your porch! Your house looks so cute! I need to come and visit sometime.

We love our porch and porch swing too. I think it's my favorite part of my house.

Glad that you got to see Grandma. That's always a nice treat. I hope Jim is doing alright!

Take Care

How many times do I have to tell you - put some pictures of YOU in here!

Question: What's the story with Molly? I thought she was a "temporary" pet???
