Bess had a very busy year with dance. She was on a team this year. She had to try out and then they place you on the team they think suits you best. We were very happy with the team (Medley) she was put on as it had very little competitions. She performed more, which she enjoys, but it was alot less stressful and no travel, perfect!
The year end of the recital program came at the end of May. It was a very long evening for us as Bess was in 4 dances. Top picture is her ballet piece.
Next up her Jazz performance.
And I didn't get a picture of her hip hop dance so this picture at picture day will have to do. Hip hop happens to be my favorite to watch, I must have been too into the dance to snap a picture!
And her last dance of the night was her Medley Team dance. This is the number they had been performing throughout the year.
Bess was very spoiled because Aunt Megan, Uncle Kurtis, Roe and baby Penn drove all the way down to be there to support her.
We love watching Bess dance. It's something she loves and is happy doing. She really shines on stage!
After the recital we headed to have some yummy dinner at Grimaldi's. It was a great day/evening!
