We were so lucky to get to see this girl every once in awhile. It was like have the best college student daughter a person could ask for! We didn't have to pay for her tuition, deal with any drama, or worry about how we were going to feed a 4th mouth!
She popped in for quick overnighters here and there and we stayed up way into the night visiting and watching movies. The kids loved her and only wished she would come for longer each time.
So seeing Madison off on her mission was very bitter sweet for us. She is doing the right thing and will make the worlds best missionary, however, we're really going to miss her. Good thing she's going to the Anaheim, California mission so we can see her in Sept.

You guys were lucky to get to see her often! I love Madison's cheery disposition & sense of humor. She will be a great missionary! Now we just need to find a family member to go to UNR and come live by us. Any takers?? Didn't think so, haha.

She's the best, for sure! Great photo, too. Thanks! Have they changed the rules, because when Steve was on his mission in Washington we were not supposed to see him, even though we were within a couple miles of where he was? That was tough on Mom, as Glen will remember. The boys teased me at every intersection: "Oh Mom, I'm sure we'll see Steve on his bike waiting to cross the street," "Mom, there are some missionaries on bikes! I think it's Steve." Cruel boys!
Thanks again for the wonderful pic.
Love you all,
Mom/Gram
That is awesome that you got to see her every once in awhile!!
Those are cute pictures!!! Thanks for posting!
That has been a wonderful opportunity for the Moore family in Salt Lake City to play such an important part of departing missionaries, Utah college students and others. Thank you so much for reaching out to our loved ones and keeping us posted on happenings as they occur. We are so pleased that Madison decided to go on a mission. She is fulfilling a life's dream, and is expected to do very well.
Thanks again, and love to you all.
