U.E.A break

Here in Utah we have something called UEA break. This year the break for us was 5 days off. Way long! But it felt so good to sleep in and have some time off, already! I haven't been feeling the best so I was worried on how to entertain for these 5 days. I don't think we did too bad either.

Day 1:

Ran errands, trip to the pet store, ice cream, and visiting a friends brand new baby.

Day 2:

Lunch out and matinee, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, with friends.

Day 3:

Conference Saturday and Bess learns how to ride her bike without training wheels (more to come on this).

Day 4:

Conference Sunday and trip to overnight in Park City

Day 5:

back from sleepover in Park City and time to regroup before back to school.

Ah, UEA sounds nice. We need to live in Utah. I'm glad you enjoyed the absence of your normal routine. Bess learned to ride without training wheels! Awesome! I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well, though. I hope nothing it's nothing serious.

A break in routine is always nice! I think you did a pretty good job with lots of fun things for the kids. If you make things too fun Carter won't want to go back to school! :)

How fun to have a nice break so early in the school year. I bet the kids loved it! I hope you are feeling better. That's so great that Bess learned to ride her bike without training wheels! Can't wait to see a video!

How did you like that movie? Looks pretty good.

Pet stores are always fun--but very dangerous if you know what I mean!!

Love ya,
Susan
