Halloween Vomit

Ah, man what a day, what a day! Since school is out tomorrow, today happened to be the kids parties and programs at school. I literally ran from parades, to dance, to programs, and parties from 8:30 this morning till 1:30 this afternoon.
At around 2:00 I realized I wasn't feeling so hot. It could have been the combination of many things....being in the schools with sick germs, not taking a minute to sit down and eat anything, or maybe I am really just getting sick.

I am glad we get to sleep in tomorrow. I need it! Let's hope I am not up all night sitting by the toilet.

Here's our school mumbo jumbo pictures from today. I didn't get great pictures of the kids in their awesome costumes, that their very talented Grandma made, but I will make sure to do so on Halloween. Any guess as to what Carter is?

Bess with her cute teacher. Her son plays football for the University of Utah so she's a big Ute fan. She has Bess cheering for the Utes this year!

I love the costumes! I heard they were made with love by Grandma - they are beautiful! I hope you feel better Kendi! I think we're all going to have a quieter Halloween this year! I hope the Utes have a good game this weekend!

So sorry you're not feeling well! The kids look like they're having a ball! What a smart idea to NOT have school on Halloween Eve, when the kids are all hyped up and the last thing they're thinking about is school! I hope they have a wonderful Halloween - - -and that you don't have the H1N1 and are quickly feeling better.

Love you,

Mom/Gram

I can guess what Carter is! He looks exactly like him. I mean, maybe a lightsaber would help, but he's still dang adorable. I hope you aren't sick! Being a mom and being sick is a horrible combination.

Hope you are feeling better and it is not the dreaded pig flu!!
Carter looks almost like a Star Wars character? I give up.

Have a Happy Halloween!

Ah, Obi Wan! I just introduced the boys to the star wars movies (not those newer "prequels"- the 3 that we watched when we were kids)and they are hooked! I'll have to show them Carter's picture- they'll think it's very cool. Bess' cheerleader is darling. She is so darn cute! This year we have a hamburger, a transformer and a kitten. I hope you feel better!

I love costume parades, makes me miss halloween as a kid with all the fun and festivities. Bess is cute as a button, and Carter is a big manly man.

Those are great costumes. I love seeing kids around the neighborhood in their costumes. The knight costume and the kid's facial expression in the picture of Bess' class cracked me up, too.

Cute costumes! Jedi right? Hope you weren't up all night at the porcelain throne. That wouldn't make for a very fun Halloween memory.
