All is quiet

The house is finally quiet. It's so weird for me to have nights like this. Glen is out of town for work, Megan has moved out, my mom is in Montana, and it's just the kids and I, manning the house for the next few days. I actually miss the noise, never thought I would say that!
I think I'll go rent one of those gully (as Bess would say) movies that Glen never wants to watch with me. Sounds nice and relaxing!
Here's my take on my sister's wedding through pictures:

What a beautiful bride, and I kind of like the non-traditional colors. Little girls always flock straight to the bride while boys check out the food, love the pics. I'm sure Bess is going to miss having Megan around. Have fun watching your gully movies

Megan's wedding looked so beautiful and she is so gorgeous! I love the cupcakes and all the pretty decorations. Bess and Carter look really cute in their green dress and polo shirt. I need to find a dress like your mom's for Todd and Kimiko's wedding--same colors! Enjoy your quiet time!

love,
Susan

I miss you guys and can't wait to get home. Nashville is 98 degrees today and the humidity is killer! You walk outside and it literally takes your breath away. I don't know how people do it. Opryland is very cool though and HUGE - I'll take some pictures.

What a beautiful bride, groom, and family! We love the way he is looking at her in the pictures, and how happy she looks. We also love the dress, the flower in her hair, and all the beautiful decorations! We obviously have a lot to learn about making wedding receptions beautiful like yours! You all look great! Hope you enjoy your "quiet" time Kendi, and Glen, enjoy Nashville!
Love,
Melecia

You have been super busy!

The wedding pictures are gorgeous - Your sister is a beautiful bride and you two look so much alike!

I love the green and is her dress white or ivory? It is so pretty!

Enjoy your girlie movie and the quiet it probably won't last long!

That's your sister right? What a gorgeous dress and beautiful bride! And I may be way behind here, but did she marry a Hilton boy? Sure looks like one. The wedding looked fab!
