Little Miss

She never misses a beat, always on top of things and quite my right hand gal. I can't believe in the last 6 months how fast she has grown up; mentally, physically, and emotionally! WHOA...emotionally!!!

She's one smart cookie. She knows her address, phone number, and asking us to help her spell out words on a regular basis.
This past month I've been helping at her preschool. While I was there one afternoon and the teacher was busy doing something I asked all the kids sitting in the circle (whom range from 3-5 years) what their phone numbers were. Most of them starting saying letters and such, while one kid almost had his as it started with an 801 but went crazy from there. I was so proud of Bess as she was the ONLY one that knew her phone number. We'll have to start working on memorizing Grandparents, aunts, and uncles next!!! :)

She's successfully finished her first year of preschool. We finished off the year by attending an art show displaying all her beautiful art!

Next week Bess will also preform in her first dance recital. Mom got a sneak peak on Monday. I was quite proud at how well she knows her number. We'll be sure to show off the pictures and such next week.

She's usually pretty happy and content but every once in awhile she's very scary and sends us all running. Can you say mood swings? Her dad often looks very confused by this behavior.

For awhile there she talked alot about having a baby sister and brother. Mommy could have the baby girl in her belly and daddy could have the baby boy in his. However, lately we haven't heard too much talk of this.
Sheesh........good thing for the neighbors cat!

Bess is such a cute little girl! Kids do seem to mature a lot between 3 and 4. Good job Bess on knowing your phone #. Makenna didn't know hers untill she was 5!

It looks like a little Miss America is developing. I love the idea of new baby, one coming from mom, the other coming from dad. We can hardly wait to see you and get to renew our relationship. Hopefully grandparents names will be known by time you leave.

Love, Mike

My sweet little Bess is going to be
the best dancer in her program. No one will doubt that she for sure is the prettiest. Her grandma is so glad that she gets to see her so often and share a piece of my gum with her every day.

Love ya gramma lana

We love Bess too, are those pictures at 5 Guys burgers? I would never overlook that detail.

Congratulations, Bess, on all your accomplishments - - -pre-school, dance? What fun! You are indeed growing up fast, and Grandma Lana is definitely the lucky grand-parent right now - - to be seeing all the growth and change. You're a cutie, and have a very handsome and bright brother!

Love you all lots.

Very nice pictures - I especially like the first one in her dress and little red shoes! I can really relate to the mood swings with my 3 year old. Be sure and post the dance recital!
Love,
Melecia

What a cutie. She's smart, too. I'm going to have to have Matt pick it up a little in order to have a chance at asking her out in about 12 years. When are you and Glen expecting?
