What do 3 people, 90 mins, no tears, leaving with one less tooth, and one cavity have in common??

Our trip to the dentist.

I am so proud of my kids for being brave. This was Bess's first visit and I was scared we were going to have to use some volume to even get her in the door to the office.
Carter had a lose tooth, that I had no idea about. The dentist asked him if he wanted him to pull it or if he wanted to go home and have it fall out. Carter didn't even take a second to tell him to go ahead and pull it. He had a look of surprise on his face when the dentist actually did yank it out.
They're doing a great job of taking care of their teeth; their mom on the other hand needs some help!

***Not sure why this one picture is BW??? I am so excited to finally have my new camera in the mail and on it's way to my doorstep....exciting things coming my way!

Good for you, Carter and Bess! Trips to the dentist aren't as bad as we sometimes make them out to be, right? Congratulations on the tooth coming out, Carter. Did the tooth fairy find you?

Love you!

I've decided that if you act excited about something your kids will be excited. I took Alison for her first visit a few months ago. She was hilarious!

Which camera did you end up getting? Can't wait to see what you do with it!!

I like that wallpaper - it's kind of pretty.... The dentist pulled his tooth?! Was that his first tooth? I hope not! Good blog!

Cute kids, I am surprised there was no crying too, I can't remember the last time I didn't cry at the dentist...but thats because I pretty much haven't been since I was 4.

I'm so proud of them for being brave. This is the third tooth Carter has lost. He usually waits until the tooth is hanging out of his mouth and the other tooth is coming in before he's willing to pull it.

Paul - Uh, you should probably make an appointment with the dentist. There's no excuse now that you have a full-time job. Remember Elray Hendricks? He used to do his own dental work while driving his van. Wow! That was something to see.

That is cool that they are smiling! I hate going to the dentist so much. It is not fun!

Glad it was a good experience for them, especially for Bess being her first time!

That's a great habit to get into while they are young...going to the dentist. It can be positive, especially when they get praised for taking good care of their teeth. Congratulations to our super kids!
