Photos by Bess

I quote Glen last night, as I was drifting off to sleep,
"You know what's really gonna suck? When Bess hits that age that she decides she doesn't want anything to do with me."

So Bess, now you know when/if you ever reach that stage in your life, your dad really does care!

Cute!

Alison is turning into a Daddy's girl pretty quickly recently. He's been gone and she asks EVERY day when is he coming home....

Wow... someone hit me good with the ugly stick! Bess should have gotten my better side.

Real concern though. Don't teenage girls in general write their parents off for several years? Seems they have other things in mind - boys, friends, staying pimple free, and oh yeah... boys.

Lets take kendra for example. she always was always so close to my dad all her life. She would always..............lol. sorry I couldn't even finish that thought. Yeah, those days hurt for dads maybe a bit. But the cool thing I think is they realize how mean they were when they grow up and appreciate there dad more. Boys torwards there moms are bad too. I had my times. right mom?

Cute, Glen! I have a feeling Bess and her Dad will always have something special going. Just look at that photo a couple blogs ago, sleeping with their faces inches apart. There MIGHT come a time she doesn't like the limits he and her Mom set, but she'll always love them.

Love always,

Mom/Gram

Change in your relationship with your daughter takes place in her adolescence. Just keep loving her and complimenting her. We fathers have to give up our tendency to control our lovely daughters. I'm surely pleased with how close Melecia and Hannah are to me.

Love, Dad

Love the pic's!

Glenn probably doesn't have to worry. Daddy's and daughters seem to always have a special bond.

That picture of Glen cracks me up. It is good that she is starting so young on the photography. I think she may follow in her moms footsteps!

p.s. I LOVE the pink cowboy boots. So sweet.
