I can't believe "my little valentine" is 6.
Before we found out that Carter was a boy, like most couples we talked girl names and boy names. One of our girl names that we liked, at that time, was Mia.
When I went into labor on the wee hours of Valentine's Day we realized that had Carter actually been a girl, how fitting one of our girl names could have been. Mia Moore (mi amor), meaning "my love" in Italian.
Even though Carter happens to be a boy, he will always be MI AMOR!

Kendi, remember how the first time I met you was at the hospital when Carter was born? You let me eat the frosting off of a carrot cake and I got to meet my future nephew... it was a great day! Happy 6th Carter!

I hope Carter's birthday was a lot of fun. Sometimes it's tough sharing a birthday with a holiday, but you are always good at making it a special day for him!!

How have you guys been lately ? I cant believe we havent seen each other more we really do need to get together. Maybe this summer we'll have to do a bonfire or something like that.
