Blah!

I haven't really felt like blogging lately. I am not quite sure why? I guess not much to really share or talk about.

We went and test drove a Honda Odyssey last night. I know a mini-van, why would we do that to ourselves but we need a new vehicle and it just makes the most sense for us right now. I hear with SUV's it is a real strain on the back getting kids in and out and with the van they can do it themselves. Also if we ever want to have someone come along with us we can't fit them with a car or a smaller SUV. With gas prices who can afford a big SUV? Carter loved the Odyssey. He was very sad when we didn't take it home. Glen really likes it and wants to buy it now but I am just too scared to make such a big decision over night. We'll just have to think about it a little more.

My poor Bess fell off the bed the other morning at 5:30. I felt so bad. She only cried for about 2 mins and then fell right back asleep. She has a little bruise on her head but that is really it. She is tough. She has to be she has an older brother that won't let her be wimpy.
I caught him today moving her across the room because she was getting his toys. He had her under her arms slowly edging her to the other side of the room. He realizes that she is a bit slow right now with crawling but it's just a matter of time before she is back in seconds. I can't believe how much they already fight over toys.

I am getting their pictures taken on Thursday in a lady's home. Her name is Skye Johansen. ( If you click on her name it is a link to her website.) She does really cute things and I am going to try to ask her some questions about starting my own thing. I'll have to post the pictures when I get them back. My sister took her girls a couple of weeks ago and I am really anxious to see her pictures.

Glen has a work dinner tonight so I am doing soccer alone tonight.....should be interesting.

I think I will take the kids to Sugarhouse park today to feed the ducks and play on the swings. Just something to get out of the house.
I have been running outside twice this week with them in the double stroller trying to decided if I am going to take them on the run with me on Saturday but I have decided against it. Too much work. Glen can bring them to watch me at the finish line.

I let Carter pick out the picture to post today and he picked out his Halloween costume picture.

Also I am a little homesick and ready to go home so I picked a picture from when we were at home over Christmas and went to see my Great Uncle Donald (my Grandma's brother). It's my brother, Grandma, Uncle Donald and Megan in the picture.
