School Happenings

Both kids had a fun little Christmas program, where they each preformed 2 songs with their grade level.  It was fun to listen to the different twists on some of the same old Christmas carols.

The next day I headed back up to the school to help with Carter's class Christmas party.  We planned a minute to win it theme party with Christmas ideas.  I think the kids enjoyed it.

I love the little bit of innocence they still have at this age.  I was watching all five of these kids trying to cram on 2 chairs and the little girl that is sitting next to Carter (she has been in school with him since preschool) was trying to stay on her chair and had her hand on his knee trying to hang on.  Neither one of them even noticed it or even seemed to care.  It's great that they don't find that awkward.....YET!

Awesome pictures! Thanks, Kendi! Wish we could have heard them sing! Latency age kids are truly such fun and relate to each other and others so well. Gender doesn't become a strong consideration for a while, thank goodness. They look like they're all having a blast.

Love you all,

Mom/Gram

Isn't watching the children's excitment at Christmastime a blast? The pictures you took show great expression in the faces of those adorable children.
